a) Uses fresh potato as raw material
b) Process: raw material (fresh potato) --> cleaning --> peeling --> screening --> slicing --> fulling --> frying --> oil filtering --> seasoning --> cooling --> finished products
2) Fried compound potato chips production line:
a) Uses potato power and other starch as raw material
3) Macaroni production line:
a) Uses colloid wheat flour as raw material
b) Process: first mixing --> second mixing --> extruding and shaping --> cutting --> drying --> cooling --> finished products
4) Vermicelli production line mainly includes two types: rice vermicelli and instant vermicelli production line. Rice vermicelli is a product which emphasize on cooking and frying, while the Instant vermicelli is mostly soaked with boiled water
